I co-founded Azure Video Indexer — Microsoft's primary Video AI cloud service — where I led the engineering and data science teams for nearly a decade.
Today I lead an AI Innovation incubation group within Microsoft Specialized Clouds, building multi-agent orchestration systems for Sovereign AI environments. I think deeply about how AI changes the way products are built, teams operate, and value gets created — and I write about it.

Led end-to-end development of an evaluation framework and deployment of small language models to production in a retrieval augmented generation platform across hybrid and edge infrastructures via Azure Arc.

Leveraging the Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure AI Foundry to deploy specialized agent swarms capable of real-time diagnosis and predictive incident mitigation.
